Lab manager / Technical support

Scope of tasks:

• assisting in hiring and managing scientific laboratory staffs,
• helping with experimental works,
• ensuring lab compliance to institutional and national regulatory requirements,
• managing the procurement procedures of equipment acquisition,
• monitoring inventory and ordering laboratory reagents/consumables as necessary,
• overseeing the lab operations by enforcing proper laboratory equipment preventive maintenance,
• responsible for the documentation of lab meetings, standard procedures and practices,
• overseeing the lab budget by categorizing and centralizing expenses records,
• organizing the lab by balancing safety, space management and workflow efficiency.
